Comprehensive Privacy Notice

Based on the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personalesen Posesión de los Particulares), its Regulations, and other applicable regulations, it is hereby informed that Turnkey Entities México, S.C. (hereinafter, the “Controller”), with its address at Paseo de los Tamarindos 306, Bosques de las Lomas, 05120, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing, use, and protection of the personal data provided to it.

Personal Data Collected

Depending on your relationship with the Controller—whether as a visitor, client, supplier, applicant, or related third party—the following data may be collected, among others: full name; address; date and place of birth; nationality; contact information (telephone, email); identification data (CURP, RFC, passport, or official ID); professional and employment data; reasons for visit; tax or banking information (with prior express consent when required by law); image or voice captured through CCTV, photographs, or video recordings; biometric data derived from access or security controls. Sensitive data will not be requested unless strictly necessary and there is a legal basis or express consent.

 

Primary Purposes

The data will be processed for: (i) verifying your identity and controlling access to facilities; (ii) providing requested legal or professional services; (iii) managing the contractual, administrative, accounting, and billing relationship; (iv) complying with obligations set forth in laws, regulations, or authority requirements; (v) coordinating meetings, job interviews, events, vaccination campaigns, product delivery, or service provision; (vi) protecting the security of people, property, and information through video surveillance and other internal measures; (vii) addressing emergency situations that may endanger a person’s integrity or assets.

Secondary Purposes

Unless you express your opposition, the Controller may use your data for: marketing activities, advertising, commercial prospecting, sending newsletters, event invitations, generating historical or statistical reports, and brand positioning. If you do not wish your data to be used for these purposes, you may request so according to the procedure described below.

 

Personal Data Transfers

Your data may be shared, within or outside Mexico, with: affiliates, parent or subsidiary companies of the Controller; business partners, technology service providers, notaries, translators, auditors, experts, insurance companies, consultants, administrative or judicial authorities, and potential acquirers in merger or asset sale processes. All transfers will be limited to what is necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations, safeguard the public interest, or administer justice. Where required by law, your prior consent will be obtained.

 

ARCO Rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition by sending a written request or email to the Privacy Officer at the address indicated above. The request must include: (a) your name and a means of contact to receive a response; (b) a copy of an official ID or documentation proving legal representation; (c) a clear description of the data regarding which you wish to exercise a right; and (d) any element that facilitates its location. The Controller will acknowledge receipt, respond within a maximum of twenty (20) business days, and, if appropriate, enforce the right within the following fifteen (15) business days.

 

Revocation of Consent and Limitation of Use or Disclosure

Under the terms of the Law, you may revoke the consent granted or request inclusion in exclusion lists to limit the use or disclosure of your data. However, revocation may result in the termination of services or the impossibility of continuing the legal relationship when the data is essential for such purposes.

Security Measures

The Controller has adopted reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data, restricting access to authorized personnel and third parties, who are obliged to maintain confidentiality even after their relationship with the Controller ends.

 

Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Controller’s website uses cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies that allow monitoring your behavior as an internet user, optimizing site performance, and offering you a better experience. The categories of information that may be obtained include IP address, location, browser type, operating system, and interaction time. You can disable these technologies in your browser settings:

• On Windows: "Tools" menu > "Internet Options" > "Privacy" tab > "Block all cookies".

• On Mac: "Preferences" > "Security" > "Never accept cookies" option.

 

 

Changes to the Privacy Notice

The Controller may modify or update this Notice to address legislative changes, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of services. Modifications will be available at https://www.turnkey.mx/es/our-services and will take effect upon publication.

Consent

The provision of personal data, use of facilities, contracting of services, or continuation of the relationship with the Controller will be understood as tacit consent for the described processing, unless the Law requires express consent, in which case it will be requested through the appropriate mechanisms.
